My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the property itself is beautiful with well-decorated areas, and I loved the peaceful atmosphere. On the other hand, I experienced some issues with the staff service and the rooms, especially with the first one I was given. While the breakfast was extensive, it didn't quite make up for the frustrations I faced during my stay.

The first room I was given had a strong moldy smell, which made it uninhabitable. The second room was much better; it was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a nice view. However, I felt the decor was a bit dark and could use a brighter touch.

While some staff were polite, I did encounter a lack of proper hospitality on a few occasions. There was a moment when I felt rushed and treated curtly, particularly during check-out when they questioned me about the mini-bar charges.

The hotel’s location was convenient, being within walking distance to many attractions. However, I noticed it was near a sewage treatment plant, which sometimes produced an unpleasant odor when the wind was blowing in the wrong direction.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Railay Beach, allowing me to enjoy some peace away from the crowds. The accommodations were spacious and well-furnished, though some areas showed signs of wear. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even better. However, the maintenance could use some attention, especially regarding the pool areas and older bathrooms. Overall, I felt I got good value for my money.
